Built-in RTDs
rtd-sensor includes six verified built-in RTD models. Each provides
temperature-to-resistance conversion, resistance-to-temperature conversion, and
both local sensitivity directions.

Choose the sensor page that matches the documented characteristic of your physical RTD:
Nominal resistance is not enough
ni1000 and ni1000_tk5000 both have 1000 Ω nominal resistance at 0 °C,
but they use different nickel characteristics. A Pt1000 is different from
both. Identify the characteristic from the sensor's documentation.
